Terms

Amino Industries LLC (dba Auri) (“Auri,” “we,” “us”) provides the Service described below. These Terms apply to two user types: the “Operator” (a medspa that installs Auri on its site) and the “Visitor” (a person who takes a quiz on an Operator's site). Operators accept these Terms by creating an account. Visitors accept these Terms by submitting a quiz.

Auri is hosted software that renders a branded treatment-finder quiz, captures responses, and routes them to the Operator's dashboard. Auri does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations. Treatment decisions always belong to the Operator and their licensed providers.

The Operator is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the treatment menu, quiz content, and marketing claims.
• Complying with advertising, privacy, and healthcare rules that apply to the Operator in its jurisdiction.
• Contacting Visitors only in ways the Visitor consented to at submission.
• Not uploading protected health information (PHI), medical records, or diagnoses into Auri. See the HIPAA section in our Privacy policy.

By submitting a quiz, the Visitor agrees the operating medspa may contact them about the treatments they expressed interest in. Visitors can opt out at any time by replying to any email the Operator sends or by emailing Auri directly to request deletion. By submitting a quiz, the Visitor confirms they are 18 or older.

Operators must keep their login credentials safe. Auri uses email one-time-code sign-in. Operators are responsible for the email account tied to their Auri account.

Don't:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the software.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you don't have the right to use.
• Probe or attack the security of the Service, or use the Service to attack anyone else.
• Impersonate another medspa, provider, or person.

Auri owns the software, the design of the dashboard and widget, and the Auri name and marks. Operators retain ownership of the content they provide (treatment menus, branding, copy). Visitors retain ownership of what they type into a quiz. By submitting, Visitors grant the Operator and Auri a limited license to process the submission for the purposes described in the Privacy policy.

Fees, if any, are shown when the Operator signs up or in a written order form. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change. If an Operator doesn't agree to a change, they can stop using the Service before it takes effect.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the extent allowed by law, Auri's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the fees that user paid to Auri in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid. Auri is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages.

Either side can terminate at any time. Operators can export their data on request before termination. After termination, Auri deletes Operator data within 90 days, except for records we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons. Visitors can ask Auri to delete their record at any time (see Privacy).

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the last change. For material changes that affect Operators, we will email the address on file before the change takes effect.
